Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Artillery Tea Co., we take pride in customer satisfaction. All of our products are premium, gluten-free, and dairy-free. If you are interested in a return, our refund and returns policy is 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for purchases made more than 30 days ago. 

The item must be in the original condition with the tamper-evident seal unbroken in order to be eligible for a return. 

Please contact us at info@artilleryteaco.com if you would like to make a return. If you are approved, then a refund will be issued.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds may take several days to post in your account. If it has been beyond that timeline, please contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@artilleryteaco.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are interested in an exchange, please send an email to info@artilleryteaco.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, so you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
