Was disappointed in the time to receive my order. Would suggest shipping another way other than USPS. I live in Wyoming and my order went to three places in PA, then to TX, and then two places in WY before lit was delivered.

I am not generally a tea "fan," so I really appreciated the sample pack that allowed me to try a variety of teas, and share some with my wife. I am still a bit put off by all of the military jargon, because I think it is way overdone, and I as Steve Bannon constantly warns the people he interviews: "You are burying your lead." By that phrase, he is telling people that all of their jabber and attempt to get a bunch of points into their conversation, people are obscuring the main point they are trying to get across. Your main point (I would guess) is that you are proud of the flavors and varieties of teas you have available, and one of the things that sets you apart from many of the traditional tea companies is your values (the healthiest uncontaminated teas and teabag products; the best "large cut" (my word) of the leaves that permits the consumer to reuse the teabag twice, because your tea doesn't fill the bag with left over tea leaf powders.) THOSE ARE WHAT LED ME TO RESPOND to the ads on Real America's Voice. Your RAV ads emphasize these things, but then I get "bombarded" (pun intended) by all of the military jargon! Here is my "bombshell:" I love and have very high regard for our military!!! It's just way to "thick" and obscures your product. (I have to get a magnifying glass out to read some of your product ingredients, but not the military jargon. ) Here is a take-away for you: You are on the right road, but my sense of humanity after living in 7 states over my 76 years is that most enthusiastic tea drinkers tend to be kooky liberals or at least lean toward the more "natural" side of things. I don't let anything military bother me, but I'll bet product marketing research would show that you are needlessly turning off a huge portion of your potential customer base. I'm a Warpath coffee drinker, which is overboard on the military motif, too, but you are becoming my go-to tea company.
